Delivery Policy
At studiobrosia, every handcrafted tableware, every ring holder and tray undergoes countless processes of kneading, drying, glazing and firing before being presented to you in the most unique form. We believe that every piece of work deserves to be treated gently - from the hands in the studio to the dining table at your home. To ensure that every customer can receive their handcrafted ceramics with peace of mind and satisfaction, we have formulated the following detailed delivery policy, covering the production cycle, packaging and transportation, tracking methods, and international distribution, among other aspects.
I. Regarding Handmade production and preparation time
All ceramic works of studiobrosia are handcrafted without the use of industrial molds or assembly line production.
Each piece of work takes approximately 7 to 20 working days from clay shaping to kiln removal. The exact time depends on the size of the work, the complexity of the design, and the quantity of the current order.
If you order custom-made products (such as personalized colors, engravings, special glazes, etc.), we will start production after confirming the design. The production cycle for custom works is generally 2 to 4 weeks. We will update you regularly during the production progress.
We always adhere to the principle that we are not in a hurry to produce, but only to ensure that each piece reaches your hands in the best condition.
Ii. Shipping Time and Processing Procedure
Once your products are completed and pass the strict quality inspection, we will arrange for safe packaging and shipment.
Standard shipping time
For non-customized items, we usually dispatch the package within 3 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
Peak period delay explanation
During holidays or promotional seasons (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Mother's Day), due to an increase in order volume, the delivery time may be extended by 1 to 3 days. We will inform you in advance on our official website and via email.
After all the packages are dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number, so that you can keep track of the package's status in real time.
Iii. Mode of Transportation and Time
We cooperate with many reliable international logistics service providers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, etc.) to ensure that every package can safely reach your doorstep.
The transportation time varies by region. The following is an average reference:

Iv. Safe Packaging and Environmental Protection Concepts
Ceramic is a fragile yet warm material, so we pay extra attention to the packaging.
Each studiobrosia piece is wrapped with multiple layers of shockproof materials, a dedicated ceramic protective case and recycled eco-friendly fillers.
We insist
All packaging materials should be made of recyclable paper and environmentally friendly cushioning pads as much as possible.
Refuse excessive packaging, but never sacrifice safety.
If the outer packaging you receive has slight creases but the inside is intact, please understand that this is a normal phenomenon during transportation.
Before each package is dispatched, we will conduct a thorough inspection and take photos for archiving to ensure that the goods are in perfect condition.
V. Package Tracking and Signature for Receipt
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the logistics website.
Through this link, you can track the transportation status of your package in real time.
Notice for Receipt
Please make sure that the delivery address is filled in correctly and completely, including the house number, postal code and the recipient's name.
If no one signs for the package when the Courier arrives at the door, it may be temporarily stored at the nearest pick-up point. Please collect it as soon as possible according to the logistics prompt.
For packages returned due to incorrect address, no one signing for them, or beyond the shelf life, if they need to be resent, the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
Vi. Handling of Transportation Damage and Loss
We are well aware of the vulnerability of ceramic products during transportation. Therefore, all packages undergo shock resistance tests and precise packaging before being dispatched.
However, in very rare cases, long-distance transportation may still cause damage.
If you find any damage or missing parts after receiving the goods, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:
Clear photos of the damaged area;
Photos of the outer packaging box and the express delivery label;
Your order number and contact information.
After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions
Free re-delivery of the same item;
Full refund (including shipping fees);
Provide equivalent store points for the next purchase.
If the package is lost during transportation, we will proactively communicate with the logistics provider and re-ship or refund it for you.
Vii. Explanation of International Orders and Tariffs
We are extremely honored to serve customers all over the world.
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, tariffs or customs clearance fees due to customs regulations of various countries.
Please note
These costs shall be borne by the recipient. studiobrosia cannot control or predict the specific amount.
If you refuse to accept the package or return it due to unpaid customs duties, the shipping fee and taxes will not be refunded.
It is recommended that you consult the local customs to learn about the relevant policies before placing an order.
We will do our best to fill in the reasonable declared value and item description to reduce unnecessary tariff risks.
Viii. Shipping Instructions for Customized Orders
If you order custom ceramic works (such as engraved ring holders, trays of specified colors, etc.), please pay attention to the following matters
The production cycle of customized orders is relatively long (about 2 to 4 weeks).
As it is exclusively customized for individuals, it cannot be cancelled or returned after shipment.
We will provide you with the finished product photos of the work for your confirmation before shipment.
If it is damaged during transportation, we will make a free copy for you.

Ix. Force Majeure and Delay Explanation
Your package may be delayed under the following special circumstances:
Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, snowstorms, floods, etc.);
National policies or customs spot checks;
Global logistics disruptions (such as pandemics, strikes, etc.).
For these uncontrollable delays, we will send update notifications to customers immediately and continuously track the status of the packages until they are safely delivered.
