Q1: What kind of brand is StudioBrosia?
A: StudioBrosia is a handcrafted ceramic studio located in Los Angeles, USA. We focus on creating ceramic tableware, ring holders and trays that are both artistic and practical. Each product is made by hand, going through more than ten processes from kneading the clay, shaping, bisque firing, glazing to high-temperature firing. We believe that objects are not merely containers for life; they are also the encounters between people and time, craftsmanship and intentions.

Q2: Are all your products made by hand?
A: Yes, all the ceramic works of StudioBrosia are 100% handcrafted. Due to the characteristics of the craftsmanship, each piece may have minor differences, such as varying shades of glaze, slight deviations in shape, natural bubbles or textures. These details are precisely the unique charm and irreplaceable marks of handicrafts.

Ii. Regarding the product

Q3: Can your ceramic products be put in the dishwasher or microwave oven?
A: Most of our products are safe and usable, but since we use natural glazes and hand-firing techniques, we suggest that you:

When using the dishwasher, select the low-temperature mode;

Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent the ceramic from cracking.

If the product has gold edges, silver edges or special decorations, do not put it in the microwave or oven.

Q4: Can the ring holder and tray come into contact with water or perfume?
A: Our ring holders and trays are made of high-temperature fired ceramic products, with smooth and wear-resistant surfaces that can come into contact with water. However, if you are using it to store metal jewelry or perfume bottles, it is recommended to keep it dry to extend the lifespan of the jewelry.

Q5: Will there be any deviation in the size and color of the product?
A: Each ceramic piece is hand-shaped and glazed, so there may be a ±5mm error in size and the color may also change slightly under different lighting conditions. We do our best to ensure that the actual object is as consistent as possible with the photo, but please understand that this is precisely the uniqueness of handicrafts.

Q6: Do you offer customized services?
A: Yes, we very much welcome personalized customization. You can specify your favorite color, size or engraving, and we will make it specifically according to your requirements. As custom works require additional design and production cycles, please contact us in advance to confirm the details. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange once confirmed.

Iii. Placing an Order and Payment

Q7: How can I place an order?
A: You can directly browse the products on our website and add them to the shopping cart. After filling in the delivery address and contact information, you can complete the payment. The order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your mailbox after the payment is successful.

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept multiple secure payment methods, including:

All transactions are completed through an encryption system to ensure the security of your payment.

Q9: Can I modify the order after placing it?

Iv. Transportation and Delivery

Q10: To which countries do you ship your goods?
A: We offer global shipping services. Whether you are in the United States, Europe, Asia or any other region, we can deliver your products through reliable international logistics partners.

Q11: How long will it take for the order to be dispatched?

In-stock products: Generally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Customized products: The production cycle is 7 to 15 working days.
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Q12: How is the freight calculated?
A: Freight charges are automatically calculated based on the destination, the weight of the package and the mode of transportation. You can view the final shipping amount on the checkout page. For orders above a specific amount, we will launch "free shipping offers" from time to time.

Q13: What should be done if there is any damage during transportation?
A: We use shockproof materials and double-layer protection in the packaging to ensure the safe arrival of the ceramics. However, if the goods you receive are damaged, please contact us within 7 days and attach photos. We will provide replacement or refund plans depending on the situation.

V. Returns and Exchanges

Q14: Can I return the goods?
A: As all of our products are handmade, we generally do not accept returns unless they are damaged or sent to the wrong place. If you do have any problems, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will do our best to solve them for you.

Q15: Which products are not eligible for return?
A: The following products are not eligible for return or refund

Customized products (including engraving, exclusive colors, etc.);

Discounted goods or promotional items;

Damage caused by improper use by humans.

Q16: How long will it take for the refund to be credited?
A: The refund will be returned to your original payment method and usually takes 5 to 10 working days to process.

Vi. Regarding Packaging and gifts

Q17: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, StudioBrosia offers exquisite gift box packaging services, which are perfect as birthday gifts, wedding souvenirs or festive greetings. You can select the "Gift Wrap" option at checkout and attach a blessing message.

Q18: Can I attach a message card?
A: Of course! We can handwrite a card for you and put your blessings in the package together. Please write the content of your message in the remarks section of your order.

Vii. Product Maintenance and Usage Suggestions

Q19: How to clean ceramic tableware?
A: It is recommended to clean with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid using steel wool balls or strong cleaners to prevent scratching the glaze.

Q20: Can ceramic trays hold food?
A: Sure. All of our ceramic tableware and trays are made with food-safe glazes, which can safely come into contact with food. However, if the tray has metal decorations or special glazes, it is recommended to use it only for drying ornaments or jewelry trays.

Q21: Do I need to register an account before making a purchase?
A: You can purchase as a tourist, but registering an account will make it more convenient for you to view order history, track shipments and manage delivery addresses.

Q22: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. StudioBrosia strictly adheres to the privacy protection policy. We will not sell or disclose your personal information. All data transmissions are encrypted by SSL.
