We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict account access if we believe you have violated the website policy or abused the service.

Iii. Product Information and Pricing

All products are made by hand, so each ceramic piece may have slight color differences, shape variations or natural textures, which is part of the unique charm of handicrafts.

We strive to ensure that the product descriptions, photos and prices on our website are accurate and error-free, but we cannot guarantee that all the information is absolutely correct. If any error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it without prior notice.

All prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes and shipping fees.

StudioBrosia reserves the right to modify product prices or terminate sales of goods at any time.

Iv. Orders and Payments

By submitting an order, you confirm your purchase and agree to pay the corresponding amount.

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.

All payments are made through encrypted channels, and StudioBrosia does not store complete credit card information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, insufficient inventory, system errors or suspected fraud.

Once your order is confirmed and the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the order details and the estimated delivery time.

V. Production and Customization

All of our ceramic products are handcrafted, with a production cycle typically ranging from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the work.

If you order custom-made products (such as engraving, color adjustment or special sizes), please confirm all details when placing your order.

Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

As each piece is independently handcrafted, the finished product may slightly differ from the photo, but we guarantee consistent quality and meticulous production.

Vi. Transportation and Delivery

We offer domestic and international transportation services, depending on the destination and carrier.

The transportation time varies by region, generally ranging from 7 to 20 working days.

Once the goods are dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email containing tracking information.

The transportation risk is transferred to the buyer at the time of shipment. Please check if the packaging is intact upon receipt. If there is any damage, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance delays, weather conditions, the epidemic or logistics issues.

Vii. Returns and Refunds

Every product from StudioBrosia is a unique handicraft. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns unless there is obvious damage or the wrong item was sent.

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please email support@studiobrosia.com within 7 days
Contact us and attach photos of the damage.

After verification, we will offer an exchange or partial refund service.

Customized products and promotional items are not subject to return.

The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method, and the processing time is 5 to 10 working days.

Viii. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the StudioBrosia website, including text, images, designs, trademarks, patterns, ceramic shapes and packaging designs, is protected by copyright law and intellectual property law.

Reproduction, retransmission, modification or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.

Any act that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of this store will be subject to legal liability.

We welcome customers to share their usage experiences on our website or social media.
